At the beginning of each year I go on this “Let us limit our makeup purchases just a tad shall we?” phase. [Note: Yes, I do sometimes speak to myself in the 3rd person. ]

Since I am currently still on that phase until perhaps my birthday next week, and for sure until Vegas in 4 weeks when I plan to binge on Inglot and Topshop…I don’t have much to report in the makeup front. 

However I dont want February to feel neglected on the “favorites” department, so instead here we have 5 lip products you might have seen before that I have been using in a steady rotation this month. 

1) Lancome’s Rouge in Love in #146, which I have renamed “The Moral is Coral”…because y’all know how I feel about numbers for names on makeup…I mean honestly, don’t you have a creative team somewhere?

3) Maybelline’s Color Whisper in “A Plum Prospect”

4) Revlon’s Just Bitten Lip shade 050 “Precious” and

5 NYX Cosmetics’s 159 Mega Shine Lip Gloss in “Smokey”
